USPS error

I have installed the following into this site:

 

eShop Shipping Extension (USPS Module)

Deactivate | Edit

 

 

USPS Module for use with eShop extension.

Version 2.2.1 | By Vinny Alves | Visit plugin site

 

The UPS plugin works fine.

 

Below is the error I receive for the USPS Method:

 

invalid xml element content is incomplete according to the dtd/schema line= 0 pos= 1668

 

Any help would be appreciated
