User receiving blank emails on forum post notifications

One of our users has reported receiving blank forum post email notifications. The subject line is correct but the body of the email is blank. See attached screenshot. She initially received 2 correct email notifications, and then 2 days ago, the body of the email began arriving blank.

Hi Karen,

Can you please provide the sample email in .eml format so I can see the headers?

Also, please send me the information from the bbpnns support tab.
