Does the one-click unsubscribe that can be used in emails only work once? For example, I have the situation where the user unsubscribes, then visits their profile and unchecks the opt out box.
Then later they decide they do want to unsubscribe again. I tried clicking the one-click unsubscribe link in the email again and got the attached error.

Yes, it’s a one time click. This is by design, as from experience in other projects I noticed unexpected unsubscribes after the user had resubscribed.
If they can re-subscribe via their profile page, then can re-un-subscribe there, too, or in a new message.
