Still Receive Digests after Setting Send Digests to Never

Our members are still receiving digests after they set the Send Digests to Never. It’s like this setting is being ignored. We are using Buddyboss with the following:

– bbPress Notify (No-Spam)
– bbPress Notify (No-Spam) – BuddyPress Bridge
– bbPress Notify (No-Spam) Digests

Is there something I am missing to make this work? Thanks!

Hi Dan,

Please go to Admin > bbPress Notify (No-Spam) > Settings > Support tab and run the Dry Run tool. You can send me the output via email to vinny [at] usestrict [dot] net. Let me know which user is getting digests when they shouldn’t.
