  Hi,
  
  I am still having trouble with the reply by email function of my site. The emails are seen in the RBE mailbox inbox but it doesn’t go through to the actual forum topic where it should be a reply.
  
  I tried sending the .eml file of the emails but I think it does not allow this file type for upload. Please let me know if there are any steps I can do to trouble shoot this issue.

  Sorry for the delay in responding. I got the link to the dropbox where you kept the .eml files. However, I think it’s best if you create a staging site and send me the credentials (use vinny [at] usestrict [dot] net – do NOT paste the URL and credentials on the forums).
  
  I’ll be able to log in and troubleshoot.
