Hi
We create our posts with different signatures at the end.
Our format looks good in the post:
Surname Name
PositionAccess to our forum
Company name
Street
PhoneBut in the notification it looks like:
Surname NamePosition
Access to our forum
Company name
Street
Phone
E-Mail Type is HTML.
Any idea how to fix that? It looks pretty ugly 😉
Thanks,
Chris -

Hi Martin,
Please send me the information in the bbpnns support tab. It will show me how your templates are currently formatted.

I see you’re just using the tags in the template and nothing else. Can you send me a sample message in .eml format so I can look at its source code? Send it directly to vinny [at] usestrict [dot] net.
Thanks,
Vinny -

Hi Vinny
I sent it to you.
I think it replaces all <br> to <p> Tags.
If I click in Outlook on “View Source” there are <p> tags around all sentences.Regards,
