Hi Stephen,
Thanks for reaching out. Which email provider are you using?

Thanks for the info. I went ahead and set it as private for you.
The RBE plugin tries to create two folders in your IMAP mailbox:
* bbpnns_rbe_failed
* bbpnns_rbe_processedThat’s where it’s dying. For some reason, your IMAP account isn’t letting it create said folders. Can you try to create them manually? You should probably also check with hosting support as you might run into issues later when the plugin tries to move the messages to their respective folders.
Cheers,
Vinny -

I created the two folders you suggested and can connect to them but it’s failing when sending and recieving the test email.

The RBE plugin does not send any emails. It simply checks for existing ones in the inbox, parses them and then converts them into topics or replies. You’ll need to troubleshoot bbpnns, which is what does the sending.
Please provide (as a private post) the support info for bbpnns. Make sure other emails are being sent out from your website (such as forgotten password messages).
Cheers,
