Email replies not converting to posts on forum

Hello there

Emails get sent out to the right people but replies aren’t getting on the forum.

They seem to be sitting in the gmail inbox but are not being converted over to the forum.
I’ve got it set to WP-cron for now but had the same issues with webhook as well

Currently got the forum restricted to 3 users but my website uses memberpress and has 240 active users. (we’re using something else but want to convert to a bbpress based forum)

any advice?

I’ve set it to delete read messages… and its not doing this… so there must be an issue between it scanning the messages and it actually coverting that to a forum post.

I’ve check and it isn’t lowercasing the reply email. where is the issue happening?

Admin email is different from the gmail account? could this be causing the issue?

I have an email in .eml form if that can help

tried webhook again and it says:

There has been a critical error on this website.

What happens when you set it to use the Webhook and run the URL on a separate tab?

should also say that i’ve also invested in the memberpress bridge as well

and then alot of text…

it did this after i started deactivating other plugins to see if they were interfereing somehow.
