bbPress Opt Out – Cannot Activate Plugin with API key

I’ve purchased both the bbPress Ultimate Member Bridge and now the Opt Out plugin, but the latter refuses to activate.

I put my API key into the field, untick the “Deactivate” box and click Save Changes.

But the result is the attached image. WordPress still complains the plugin is inactive, the API box is greyed out and the Deactivate box is once-again ticked…

I’m completely mystified so any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Colby,

Thanks for reaching out. Please try to deactivate and reactivate the Opt Out plugin and then connect to the API again. This should clear any glitched data from the previous attempts. Let me know how that goes.
