      Hi Vinny,
      I’m having trouble with the Reply by Email add-on. Everything seems to be working fine except the responses aren’t actually posting to the message board on the website. I’ve deactivated all of the plugins on the site to make sure that there wasn’t any interference… all of the Stats Checks look okay, but when I actually go to the Webhook URL (provided here: https://dev-mount-riga.pantheonsite.io/?bbpnnsrbe-run=5dcec767ef1a3). I’m getting an error that I can’t seem to debug.

      I’ve provided the Support Info and Logs from the back end..pasted below

      Hi Mariah,

      Thanks for reaching out.

      The logs indicate a problem logging in. Did you click the Test Connection button in the RBE settings screen?

      You may have to enable Less Secure Apps in Google: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en

      Note that as Google is disabling Less Secure Apps in 2021, the upcoming version 3 of RBE will provide a more secure way of connecting to Gmail.

      Hi Vinny,
      Thanks for responding. I was able to solve the issue. There were several factors involved..the main factor being an issue with the SMTP client that was being used.

      That being said, I’m now trying to solve another issue that I’ve encountered. I’ve had a few spam entries get through to the Forum that I’m using, and have tried a couple things to add a captcha to the forums, but the ones I’ve tried seem to be breaking the Reply By Email functionality. Could you please advise on what I should do to add a Captcha to the forums, and login form…such as you’re using on this site?

      Any info would be great. Thanks!

      I’m glad you figured out the first part.

      Please email me more details such as examples and logs for the spam issue so I can investigate further.
