Hi

I bought the BuddyPress Bridge on September 14, 2016.
It working very well,
I want to change the license type from Monthly to Yearly for single site.
SO I cancel the original Subscription.

Should I order again on October 15, 2016 for single site License – Yearly ?
And what do I do after ordering.
Maybe I have to reinstall the plugin or do something after ordering ? I don’t know?

Please kindly help us.

Hi Jung,

You didn’t have to cancel your subscription. You could have changed it under My Account > Subscriptions.

Please go ahead and create a new order. You will not have to re-install the plugin.

I just had a look and since it’s in pending-cancel state, you can’t change it – only order it again. And this only sets up the monthly. On the 15th, go ahead and order the yearly license from https://usestrict.net/product/bbpress-notify-no-spam-buddypress-bridge/ and you’ll be all set.

There is no need to install the plugin again, but in the future when you are asked to enter the license key (I’m still working on getting that set up), be sure to enter the new one.
