Can you tell me the following:

• The PHP version you’re using
• The actual error message that is being generated in the error logs – your host can help you with that if you don’t have cPanel access
• The WordPress version
• The version of bbPress Notify (No-Spam) that you have installed

I’ll gladly try to troubleshoot this for you.
