We know WordPress, we rock at what we do, and we have your back. With our WordPress Care services, you won’t have to worry about your site having trouble and will be able to focus on your actual business instead. If your site does have trouble, we’ll bail you out. Pure and simple.
Description
Taking care of a WordPress site can be daunting, especially when that is not the focus of your business.
We offer 2 tiers of service to help accommodate your budget.
- Business – Here we cover the basics: Daily backups, Weekly updates, Security and Uptime Monitoring.
- Enterprise – We build on top of the Business plan and do a Performance optimization. We will guide you on how to set up a Cloudflare account and connect your site with it. We also offer hosting on this plan, and take care of the migration from your old host.
When you sign up for a WordPress care plan, we will get in touch via email to iron out the details. We’ll ask for a dedicated WordPress administrator account and install a remote management plugin which will allow us to control backups and updates.
We take our care services and your business very seriously. That said, we may require cPanel/Hosting Dashboard and SSH access to speed up disaster recovery.
