bbPress Notify (No-Spam)/MemberPress Bridge makes bbPress Notify (No-Spam) respect MemberPress rules and display Digests and Opt-Out add-on preferences in its Profile screen.
bbPress Notify (No-Spam)
bbPress Notify (No-Spam), aka bbPNNS is a powerful notification plugin designed to send out alerts to all users belonging to selected roles, or forum/topic subscribers. By default, however, it does not come with integration capabilities with MemberPress.
MemberPress Integration
The bbPNNS/MemberPress Bridge has no complicated settings. It just works. The bridge makes bbPNNS respect access rules, only allowing new topic and reply notifications to go to users who have access to the respective forum.
bbPress Notify (No-Spam) Add-ons
MemberPress replaces the WordPress and bbPress Profile screens for regular users. This means that they cannot access the settings provided by our Opt-Out and Digests add-ons. The MemberPress bridge fixes that by making the settings available in each member’s Profile Editor page.
Dependencies
This add-on requires MemberPress and bbPress Notify (No-Spam) version 1.9.1 or greater to work properly. It was developed on MemberPress Developer Edition version 1.3.6 and bbPress 2.5.x. Some functionality might not work on older versions of these plugins.
If you’ve got our Digests and Opt-out add-ons, make sure to have versions 1.7.1 and 1.4 (or higher) installed, respectively.
