Are you going to be able to help me with this or not? I purchased the addon on the 13th and I’m still trying to get it turned on. I’m not a noob. I’ve built and managed over 500 WP sites. But I have absolutely no clue what needs to happen to make this thing work.
There’s only like three settings that are even configurable. I’ve tried everything you’ve said.
The digest options simply are not appearing on the user’s profile.
I’ve provided you with a test user and admin user login credentials.
Can you take a look at this please?

Sorry to hear that. Hope you’re feeling better. I’ve taken the steps you described but it’s still not showing up on the front end. 🙁

Quick question: As you work on that update to the opt out add-on, would it be possible for the admin to define forums that are default opt out?
To summarize, I am putting every member by default into the “support” forum so they can ask questions. But for this forum alone I don’t want them to get an email for every single support ticket.
I’d prefer them just be able to subscribe to topics they start.
Okay. Keep me updated. I just want to be sure it does what I need before moving ahead.

I think so.
To be sure we’re both on the same page, any opt out link in an email would be specific to the group/forum the email originated from. Is that what you’re saying?
Ie. something like:
Click here to stop receiving emails from the [forum name] forum.
