Tracking of users who opted-out

Hi There,

I have a client who is using this on their site. They have asked if there is a way to track the users that opt-out. Is this a possibility? Or any current way to do this?

If there isn’t currently a way to do this, I’m thinking I could possibly create a template that would list the users who have the opt-out setting to true and only admins can see that page?
