Hi,
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shop-issue?replies=2#post-6044227 i had a post over here and you mentioned it’d be better here on the shipping plugin forum. I answered it over there, but will repeat it here.I recently inherited a site to update http://www.attitudeorange.com. It hadn’t been updated, and the client wanted to use a different theme.
http://www.motherhoodincorporated.ca/orange (my draft site).I moved it with backup buddy so all the elements are the same in both the live site and the draft site terms of the product set up etc. I can’t seem to get eshop to work, so not sure it it was an update issue, or a theme issue. we also have a plugin for Canada Post. (eShop Shipping Extension)
If you try to check out http://www.motherhoodincorporated.ca/orange/agenda-2015/ you get the following error when you try to check the shipping options
rs/ship/price: cvc-simple-type 1:element{http:www.canadapost.ca/ws/ship/rate}weight value ‘0:000’ is not a valid instance of the element type
any idea?
here are some screen shots of the settings, sorry it’s in french, can’t seem to get WPML to go in english for the admin area.http://www.motherhoodincorporated.ca/orange/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/shipping-product-settings3.jpg – so this is a screen shot of the shipping settings top of page.

http://www.motherhoodincorporated.ca/orange/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/shipping-product-settings2.jpg and this the shipping settings bottom of pagehere’s the settings in the product itself.

Hi Kim,
This looks like a problem with the weights setup. I can’t see what you have for the Weight Unit under the Shipping Modes box. Your Weight field in the Product Entry form shows “1” – what is it supposed to be? Kilo, Pound, Grams?
Cheers,
Vinny
