Invalid email address for username when using gmail

Hello Vinny,

We updated our RBE by switching to the gmail/google workspace by creating a new gmail account. We applied the app password and all checked OK. however as soon as I left the plugin page and went to our website I got the following error message and the website crashed. (Invalid email address for username when using gmail). I have been unable to fix this error and restore our site. any clews how to fix?

First things first, please rename the folder of the RBE plugin if the site is still blocked. That’ll disable it. Let’s take this to email so I can help you faster.
