Instructions? Help?

Ok- a bit confused here.. I ordered the opt out product. Was surprised after I placed my order there were no instructions, no email was sent.. So I finally figured to look at my dashboard and saw the downloads.

Of course now I downloaded the file? but once again I feel left out in a field alone heheh. No instructions, no idea what the heck I am supposed to do..

I am clearly missing something here. Would just assume there would be some direction or notices but nothing. Thank you for your order sir and please have fun figuring it out I guess?
