bbPress Notify: Non-digest users not receiving notifications

It appears that some our our BuddyBoss user are not receiving the immediate notifications if they aren’t signed up for digest. I can’t see anything that would be affecting this. Any ideas how we can resolve?

Hi David, thanks for reaching out.

Can you run the dry-run tool (WP Admin > bbPress Notify (No-Spam) > Settings > Support) and inspect what happens with some of those people who aren’t getting the immediate notifications?
