  My plugins are deactivated. Says Cannot activate API Key. No API resources available.

  Sorry for the inconvenience. It’s a side effect of the new licensing software version. Please log into https://usestrict.net/my-account and go to API Keys. You’ll be able to deactivate the licenses on that page so you can connect again from your site.
