eshop-shipping-extension-usps.zip is not available for download for free.

To acquire it, click on this link. At the bottom of the post, select the license/quantity you want and click on add to cart. Proceed to checkout and make the payment through Paypal.

You will then receive and email with the link and credentials to download the file.
