Thanks for reaching out. You can log the emails by installing and activating one of the following free plugins from wordpress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/

The Private Groups bridge makes bbpnns respect Private Groups rules, but does not log anything. This is by design, to avoid bloating.
