Hi Nicholas,

You don’t need to test plus alias support when using Gmail or Hotmail/Outlook as they already support it.

Did the issue start happening recently or did it never work? What does it say in the Status Check section of the Support tab?

• Connection Settings
• Server/Port Accessible
• Connection Test

Also, please copy the logs into a text file and upload it marking the reply as private.
