Thanks for reaching out.

The Opt Out add-on comes with support for bbPress and WordPress Profile screens so if they have access to those, they can change them themselves.

However, if you’re using BuddyPress or some other membership plugin that blocks the default profile screens, you’ll need the bridge add-on for that membership plugin (if we support it) so that the fields show up.
